This machine is intended for removal of wood chips and wood dust both from operating equipment and during cleaning the facilities, where wood is processed and kept in storage, and where finished products are warehoused.
Chips Collector Pressure Filter consists of filter sleeves, a dust collector, a fan, a wheeled metal base and a fan control unit.
Filters are also fitted with flexible hoses of different lengths for switching to operating wood processing equipment or for dust cleaning in the premises (in which case a hose is completed with a metal bell-shaped handle).
Chips Collector Pressure Filters are equipped with filter sleeves of the length of 1 to 1.5 m and 135-450 mm in diameter. Due to the specific character of the performed functions, such filters have low performance (max. 10,000 m3/h) and residual dust content after passing through the sleeves – max. 10 mg/m3.
Aspiration air containing wood chips moves from the place of their formation to the sleeve through a flexible hose via a fan. Wood chips collected on the inner surface of the sleeve are deposited in a reclaimed wood chips collector which is cleaned when full.
The motor with starting equipment is fixed on the fan body.
The reclaimed wood chips collector and the filter sleeve are fixed on the shell with a steel spring strip hoop and locks.
Castor wheels with a locking device allow moving filter to different sources of wooden chips formation.
