These devices are used for the cleaning of the aspiration emissions from middle dispersed and coarse dispersed dust, which is both fire and explosion safe. The sphere of use of the filters is any industry, the technology of which expects creation of dusty gases, and where use of the filters operating with the compressed air is difficult or impossible.
The filter consists of the body, the mechanical equipment and the electric part. The difference of these devices from the bag house filters with pulse-jet regeneration is that the process of filtration is carried out on the internal surface of the filter bag, and the cleaned gas goes out of its external surface and is removed through the receiver of the device. The compressed air is not used for the regeneration.
The filter bags have double-sided fixation: on the lower bag boards and the upper suspension links. The lower immovable bag board is the cover of the hopper, in which the caught dust is removed after the regeneration. The upper suspension link is movable and is toughly connected with a metal core, which passes into an electromagnetic reel core situated on the upper cover of the filter body. The free movement of the upper bag board makes up 8 – 12 mm and is regulated at the setting-up of the equipment.
On the lower bag board the bags are fixed by collars. Access to the bags during the maintenance operation is carried out through special hatches situated in the body of the device.
The regeneration of the filter bags is carried out the following way. After reaching the design value of hydraulic resistance, the control signal is sent to the bank of capacitors of the regeneration system, which creates a powerful short-term current pulse moving to the reel, which is set up on the filter body. The mechanic pulse creates instant reciprocating motion of the upper suspension link. The created fluctuation is passed on the filter bags, and thus the coat of the caught dust is removed. The lower part of the filter body consists of the hoppers ended by flanges for the setting-up of flood-hatches or screw conveyers.
The mechanic and electric equipment of the filter consists of: electric equipment of the regeneration system, control and measuring instruments and automatics, filter bag boards, filter bags, mount attachment, transfer mechanism of pulse and suspension links.
To increase the efficiency of the regeneration, the magnetic pulse way of shake is used in the bag house filters with electric pulse regeneration. Control of mechanisms of the regeneration system is carried out by the magnetic pulse device.

Design and operation:
The device consists of the pulse current generator and "N" inductor. Inductors are connected to the appropriate channel of the pulse current generator by cables.
The pulse current generator represents a dustproof body. The pulse current generator has a dustproof body. As the source of pulse energy, the battery of high-voltage capacitors is used. During the regeneration cycle, the inductors are connected, by turn, to armatures of the battery of high-voltage capacitors, and as a result, discharge of the battery is carried out through the inductors, and thus strong pulses of electric magnetic energy are created. The energy discharged at the inductor is turned into the mechanic energy, which is added to the suspension link of the filtering bags. The high efficiency of the regeneration is reached due to much bigger, in comparison with an old camshaft mechanism, initial acceleration during movement of the filter bags. For an additional increase of efficiency of the regeneration, the possibility of control of the cut-off valves of the filter sections is foreseen.
The device can operate in both automated and handle regimes of control.
The switching over of the working regime is carried out at the front panel of the pulse current generator.
For convenient operation, there is the possibility of immediate change of the parameters of the regeneration cycle by means of input of new numeric values into the control unit situated inside the body of the generator of the pulse current. The setting-up and operation of the device do not require additional knowledge of electronics and computer programming.
Taking into account a specific character of the regeneration system of the bag house filters with electric pulse regeneration, at this stage only bags made of woven fabric (for example, lavsan) are used, and the length of the bags is limited: 3 meters. Thus, thermal endurance of the bags and maximum temperature of the cleaned gases are not higher than 135оС. Entrance dust load is not recommended to exceed more than 1 g/m3. At that, recommended residual dust load of the cleaned gases will be not more than 30 mg/m3.
